1 medium apple
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, milk, or yogurt

NOTES: You will want to use either a high powered blender or use a food processor to get a really smooth blend. This smoothie recipe yields about two servings.
